This page presents the services exposed by the Qombo Sharing API, dedicated to the sharing and use of information related to fraudulent IBANs exchanged between PSPs as part of the Banque de France scheme (FNC-RF).

Overview

Qombo Sharing provides a REST API that enables PSPs to interface with the interbank sharing scheme operated by the Banque de France (FNC-RF). It can be consumed in real time in payment, onboarding, or fraud investigation workflows.

Security and authentication

Qombo Sharing integrates through a secure REST API combining:

• API key
• IP address filtering
• mutual TLS (mTLS) Not mandatory but highly recommended. See Internal mTLS

Service activation and configuration

The Sharing module can be activated and configured for each institution. Each PSP can therefore choose to use the features (consultation, reporting, qualification, notifications) through the Qombo platform and/or API depending on its use cases and internal organization.
