General Principles

Qombo enables PSPs to extract fraud data from the MISP / FNC-RF ecosystem. It relies on a local replication model of the central database: data is continuously synchronized and stored in an exploitable format, avoiding direct calls to the central platform.

As the MISP model does not provide native consolidation (multiple reports can exist for the same IBAN without aggregation), Qombo addresses this by:

• Deduplicating IBAN entries
• Aggregating fraud signals into a single alert linked to multiple reports
• Exposing a consolidated view of risk

This approach significantly reduces implementation complexity on the PSP side.

How to export data

Qombo provides 2 export mechanisms:

• API export: for automated system-to-system synchronization
• CSV export: for manual download from the Qombo web platform
