Banque de France allows the account holding PSP to assess the fraud status of a reported IBAN and share its conclusion with the network.

In Qombo, the structure is the following:

There are four possible statuses for a fraud report:
Fraud confirmed → The account holding PSP has recognized this IBAN in a fraud attempt
