General principles

Qombo provides notifications for key events related to fraud detection and collaboration. Administrators can configure notifications from the “Notifications” menu in the web interface.

Each notification can be enabled or disabled individually and delivered through one or more channels:

• Webhook → to connect with your centralized anti-fraud tool
• Slack → to prevent anti-fraud team
• Email → to prevent anti-fraud team (use generic / team email address)

Types of notification

Notifications can happen about:

• IBANs of your accounts

• Alerts you sent

Configuration

• Notifications are enabled per event using the “Enable event” toggle
• Multiple delivery channels can be selected per notification
• Changes must be saved via the “Save notifications” button
