The FNC-RF (Fichier National des Comptes bancaires signalés pour Risque de Fraude) is a regulatory initiative introduced under the French law of November 6, 2025 (known as Loi Labaronne).
This regulation amends the French Monetary and Financial Code (article L521-6-1) and establishes a mandatory framework for payment service providers (PSPs) to share fraud-related information.
