To participate in the FNC-RF (Banque de France) scheme, PSPs operating in France must first complete a formal onboarding with the Banque de France, which grants access to the central MISP service.
This onboarding requires:
PSPs are asked to fill in a small set of forms, all available on Banque de France’s portail including:
“Formulaire de raccordement MISP”: Connection request form with technical onboarding details such as the name of the technical provider, connection mode and operational contacts.
“Formulaire des BIC”: List of BICs that must be associated with the PSP as account-holding institution, to ensure correct routing of holder qualifications and notifications)
“Bulletin d’adhésion”: Adherence/Subscription (legal identification of the entity and acceptance of the scheme’s terms)
“Bulletin de facturation”: Billing form (administrative information required for cost allocation and invoicing under the scheme)
When completing the Banque de France FNC-RF onboarding forms, you may appoint Qombo as your Technical Service Provider (TSP).

Once the forms are completed, upload them to your Banque de France Sharebox so the BdF can start processing your registration.
