A. General principle

EDS means “EPC Directory Service”. The following functions are available through the EDS web interface:

The VOP scheme adherence process consists of two key steps:

  1. Documental adherence– submission and approval of adherence documents.
  2. EDS onboarding and update– self-registration in the EDS by applicants

B. Adherence to the EPC Directory Service (EDS)

3 documents are required for EU PSPs :

  1. Annex 1 - Adherence agreement
  2. Annex 2 - Schedule (Word and Excel)
  3. Annex 3 - Legal opinion
  4. Annex 4 - Legal opinion (for non E.U. PSPs)

The applicants will have the choice between the following two options for the EDS onboarding and update:

An applicant delegating to Qombo the “EDS onboarding and update” phase, must indicate the email address of Matthieu Fesselier, CTO of Qombo : [email protected] in the field “E-mail address to be used for registration in the EPC Directory Service (EDS)” in the Schedule to the Adherence Agreement (Annex H-2).
